Your Internet ISP, EmuNet, has advised you that you cannot access broadband internet until the local exchange has been upgraded to allow for additional DSL ports. Your ISP can do nothing about the situation as any upgrades are the responsibility of the exchange owner, that is Telstar Corporation.
Telstar has told you, over the 'phone, that they have no immediate plans to upgrade the infrastructure at your local exchange.
You are a little upset that you cannot access broadband and have no idea of when it may become available.
You have decide to write a letter of complaint to the "Telecommunications Ombudsman" in the hope that they may be able to help you resolve the problem.
Write a letter of complaint to the "Telecommunications Ombudsman" (portfolio item 2);

Bulleted lists are unorderd lists, that is, no item in the list is any more important than any other item.
Numbered lists imply an order with number '1' more important than number '2'. Numbered lists may also indicate the order of steps to be taken, such as in following a recipe. You must do '1' before doing '2'.
Portfolio Item 4:
Open a new Word document. Save the document as My favourite movies_yourname.
Insert the file name into the footer of the document. Insert today's date in the top right hand corner of the header. Insert page numbers in the bottom right corner of the document, no number on page 1.
Create an appropriate heading. Centre, bold and underline the heading. Format the font as 'Georgia', size 14.
Rearrange & number the list in order of preference.
Create a table of 3 columns and 3 rows.
